Why we are making the changes

If there’s one thing that is constant in life, it is “Change”, but it is very important that this change should be for the best (positive). The following will help you understand why we are making changes to our pricing model.

Infrastructure Upgrade for Unmatched Performance:

As we continue to grow, we’ve heard your feedback and concerns about the application’s occasional slowness and bugs. We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously, and we are determined to address these issues proactively.

To achieve this, Prokip is moving to one of the world’s largest and most reputable cloud infrastructures, which hosts renowned brands like Apple, Netflix, Samsung, and even government projects. This upgrade will provide you with unmatched security, lightning-fast performance, and zero worries about downtime or errors.

Also, we are about to partner with the Bank of Industry to onboard 10k+ new businesses to Prokip.

Upgrading to a world-class cloud hosting is highly required to ensure smooth and faster performance for you.

However, Here’s what changed;

Maintaining our current pricing structure while delivering the enhanced services you deserve has become a challenge.

The fluctuating exchange rates and increased infrastructure costs will now require us to make some price changes.

And believe me, we have beared the cost for a long time to be able to maintain our current prices so you don’t complain

But then, the new price will remain super affordable and even more cost effective

So, there is no need to panic about the change.

To offer more price flexibility, we’ll be charging based on how much resources you use on our new infrastructure

Just like we will also be charged on this world-class infrastructure that we are moving to.

Additional users, locations, and products are now adjusted

This way, we will charge you lesser for using fewer resources and charge you more for additional resource usage

Here is The New Pricing Structure:

To give you a clear understanding of the changes, here’s a breakdown of the new pricing plans:

Standard Plan:

Old Pricing: 1 Location, 3 Users, 500 Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦18,000

New Pricing: 1 Location, 2 Users, 500 Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦28,000

Premium Plan:

Old Pricing: 3 Locations, 10 Users, 1,500 Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦28,000

New Pricing: 2 Locations, 3 Users, 1,500 Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦38,000

Ultimate Plan:

Old Pricing: 5 Locations, Unlimited Users, Unlimited Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦38,000

New Pricing: 3 Locations, 5 Users, 5,000 Products, Yearly Renewal: ₦48,000

Additionally, there will be incremental charges for additional users, locations, and product space accordingly as indicated below:

Additional Users: 9,000 Per User 

Additional Locations: 25,000 Per Location

Additional Products Space: 5,000 Per 1,000 Products

Renewal Compensation:

We understand that these changes may raise concerns, and we want to support you during this transition. As a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty, we’re offering the option to renew at your current package and pricing for an additional one year only. This means you can continue to enjoy your current package until it expires in 2024.

Continuing Affordability and Value:

While there will be slight increases in renewal fees, we want to emphasize that Prokip remains the most affordable and value-packed solution in the market. Our dedication to excellence means you can focus on growing your business with complete peace of mind, knowing that Prokip has your back.
