Sell return refers to a situation where a customer returns a/some product(s) after sales have been concluded, either immediately or later.

Using the above, the transaction with Invoice no. 011 was carried out by a customer and complete payment was made.
The customer however came back the next day to return a particular product, to perform the sell return, follow the following steps:
a. Identified the particular transaction
b. Click on the three dots beside the invoice number, and select “sell return” from the drop-down menu that appears.
c. Identify the product(s) that is being returned and make the entry under the return quantity column and click on save.
d. Next, return to the dashboard and click on “POS Sales”
e. On the POS Sales page, locate and click on “Sell Return” on the top menu
f. On the payment status Colum, locate the due payment, click on the due button and add payment
