Production is a process that a business uses to turn inputs into outputs. Production features help to manage input (raw materials) and output (final products) perfectly. It helps Business owners manage all product production cycles and easily track the raw materials used.

- To get started, Log in to the admin’s account
How to add raw materials #
- Click on ‘Products’ from the left-hand sidebar of the screen to add raw materials
- Once it opens, Click on the ‘Add’ button on the right-hand side of the screen
- Next, enter the ‘raw material name’
- select ‘units’ and ‘business location’
- Then, check the ‘Not for selling’ button
- Scroll down, enter the Purchase price in the field provided for the purchase price
- Make sure the selling price field is empty
- Next, click on save & add Stock
- Then, enter the quantity remaining in the field provided and click on Save
- Your raw materials have been added, Repeat the steps to add other raw materials
How to add Finished Product #
- On the product screen, click on the ‘Add’ button
- Enter ‘Final Product name’
- select ‘units’ and ‘business location’
- Scroll down, enter the selling price in the field provided for the selling price
- Make sure the purchase price field is empty
- Then click on the ‘Save’ button
How to add Recipe #
- Click on ‘Production’ from the left sidebar
- Once it opens, Click on ‘Recipe’ on the top header
Click on the ‘Add’ button to add a recipe
- Next, type in the final product, select the product
- Click on the ‘Continue’ button
- Type in ‘Ingredients Name’ in the field provided
- Type ‘Ingredient’s quantity, and ‘wastage percent’ in the field provided
- Next, Type in ‘Total Output Quantity’’ ‘Production cost’ in the field provided
- Then Click on the ‘save’ button
- You have just added a recipe
How to add Production to a recipe #
- On the production screen, click on ‘Production’ on the top header
- Click on the ‘Add’ button
- Once it opens, Select the ‘business location’ and ‘final product’, this will load the recipe added with the quantity entered from the recipe screen
- Scroll down, Type in the ‘ingredient’s wasted quantity’, ‘production cost’
- Check the ‘finalize button‘ to add stock to the final product
- Then, click on the ‘submit’ button
- You have successfully added the production
You can now proceed to check your production report
- To check the report, click on ‘production report’ on the top header of the production screen
- Click on the ‘Stock’ button to check the production stock
- Type in the ‘Final product’ in the search field and the stock added to the product will appear on the screen.
